MiDEAL Funds is a real estate investment platform focused on income-generating properties across Europe, targeting consistent cash flow and long-term value creation for its investors.

The firm specializes in Income Producing Real Estate Funds, combining institutional-grade asset management with deep market insight to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns.

MiDEAL Fund 1 successfully raised €112 million, with approximately 80% of the capital committed by leading Israeli institutional investors. The fund built a diversified portfolio of 12 properties, with a total value of approximately €350 million. Having completed its investment phase, MiDEAL Fund I is currently focused on active asset management and strategic realization of its holdings.

In November 2020, MiDEAL Fund II held its first closing at €215 million (out of a target of €230 million), again backed by 80% participation from top-tier Israeli institutional investors. The fund has now entered its deployment phase and is expected to acquire assets with a combined value of roughly €600 million.

Both funds are structured to operate similarly to a REIT, with net cash flows distributed quarterly to investors, offering both income stability and the potential for capital appreciation.
