MiDEAL Fund I raised total of EUR 112 million out of which 80% from leading Israeli institutional investors.

MiDEAL Fund I portfolio consists of 12 properties with a total value of approximately EUR 350M. The Fund has completed its deployment and will focus on mangment and realization of it's portfolio.

MiDEAL Fund II has completed, on Nov. 2020, its first closing of EUR 215 million (out of 230 million) out of which 80% from leading Israeli institutional investors.

 

MiDEAL Fund II  has started its investment period and is expected to acquire properites in a value of approximately EUR 600 million.

 

The Funds operate similar to a REIT fund, as the net cash flow is distributed quarterly to the investors.
